Oftentimes, customers don’t realize how much disputes and chargebacks are dangerous for the long-term health of the business.
As a small business, we’re constantly learning and trying to deliver the best possible experience to our customers and we’re always trying to improve, but sometimes we can make mistakes, it just happens.
If, for whatever reason, you’re un-happy with the product or the delivery is taking a bit longer than expected, please reach out to us first before opening a dispute with PayPal, or dispute the charge with your credit card company.
Our customer support team will help you fix the issue in not time, and will provide the best solution for you.
We reply to ALL emails we receive, all messages, all DMs, all comments on social media, but this may require a bit of time as we receive a ton of requests!
Please don’t freak out if you don’t see us replying after 2 seconds, we’re a team of 5 people doing everything possible to keep this business alive, and we’re certainly not scammers. Kindly allow us up to 1-2 days to reply to your message, we’ll eventually help you!
It’s truly important for us to be given the chance of fixing the issues before more “serious” actions are taken, as those actions often result in huge penalties we currently cannot afford.

Is the brightness adjustable?
Yes. You can easily adjust the brightness to your preference using the user-friendly remote controller included.
Which plug type uses?
We use a versatile USB plug-in cord, designed to seamlessly accomodate various power sources including chargers, power banks and wall outlets.
How many colors are available?
The lamp offers a selection of 16 colors and presets that you can effortlessly change with the remote control included.
How large of an area does the lamp cover?
We design our lamps to cover entire rooms without washing out the colors.
What materials are used to make your lamps
We use the best choice when it comes to materials and build:
- acrylic outer layer
- wooden base
- rotating LED plate

Where is my order?
Once our fulfillment team has packed and shipped your order, you should receive an email confirmation with tracking.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order feel free to shoot us an email.
Where are you guys located?
HaloSphere is based in Los Angeles, California. We proudly ship all our orders from the USA (California to be exact).
How long does it take to get my products?
We ship anywhere in the United States and worldwide. We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business day.
- U.S. orders will arrive in 7-12 business days
- International orders will arrive in 15-20 business days
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50!
For international shipping, we work with a variety of carriers to offer worldwide international shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout for international orders based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Tracking says delivered. What do I do?
Does your tracking say "delivered" but you haven't received your package yet?
Start by checking in abnormal spots such as your porch, with your neighbors, leasing office of an apartment, etc. Every now and then the mail carriers leave packages in odd spots.
Occasionally mail carriers will mark a packaged delivered before the package is actually left at your shipping address. Please allow 2 business days after your order is marked "delivered" to see if it arrives slightly later than expected.
If your package still hasn't arrived and you aren't having luck finding it then please send us an email. We'll get back to you ASAP!
🛍️ Returns & Exchanges
I have an issue with my order, what can I do?
Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, our team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.
I need to cancel or change my order!
These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process.
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
Do you have a returns policy?
If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your item, we offer returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order.
However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:
1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes attached swing tag, bow, shoe boxes and jewellery packaging.
You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.
*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
To start a return, you can contact us at thehalosphere@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Sadly, we know that sometimes HaloSphere is just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your item(s) to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.
A $5 return processing fee (for each item returned) will be applied to the total amount that was paid for the order.
*Please note: not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All items must be returned in as new condition, with the swing tag and bow to be eligible for a return.
Can I exchange my order for a different product?
Another pattern caught your eye? Or the design isn't quite right? It happens – trust us, our wardrobes are full of them! You can certainly return your item(s) to us for an exchange to a new pattern or size, provided it is returned within 30 days.
We offer free exchanges on all orders*.

How do I return?
Simply contact our friendly team at thehalosphere@gmail.com and they will be able to help you along the way.
Just a couple thing you'll be asked to provide:
1. order number
2. reason you're requesting the refund
3. items you want to return/exchange
4. photos of your item(s) and original packaging
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 15 working days.

Is my payment data safe with you?
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal, plus many more!
How do I use a discount code?
Woo, it’s on sale - so you’re basically saving money (at least, that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale). Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.
*Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you are purchasing multiple bundles and discounts, we suggest placing separate orders. Strikethrough prices may consider the discount code mentioned in the description. Please check email offers for which items the code is applicable for (eg. single Bundle orders only).
