 SHIPPING

We will be dispatching from our warehouses MONDAY - FRIDAY. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday so don't panic if you don't receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend!

Some orders may be affected by shipping delays, depending on the availability of our suppliers, and some of the items of your order may be shipped (and consequently be delivered) at different times from each other, so if it happens to you, please wait a couple days for everything to arrive.

 

PROCESSING TIME

We process and ship orders in: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS

 

US & CANADA DELIVERY

Standard Delivery time: 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS (Free over $45)
Express Delivery time: 2 BUSINESS DAYS ($15)

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    Standard Delivery time: 15-20 BUSINESS DAYS ($15)

    Express Delivery time: NOT AVAILABLE

    Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 3-5 days of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 7 business days, please contact us.

    Additionally, there are extenuating circumstances where your order might take a bit longer than the expected delivery date, due to delays or other factors that are out of control. Please understand that the expected delivery date is based on data across all our orders and should be used as an estimate, and not a guarantee.

     

    Damages and issues

    HaloSphere will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

     

    Lost or stolen packages

    HaloSphere accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

     

    Incorrect addresses

    HaloSphere accepts no responsibility for orders that are placed with incorrect addresses. If an error was made on the address you used, please contact us immediately to change it before your order gets shipped out. We cannot guarantee that we can change your address, but the quicker you contact us, the more likely we will be able to make that change.

     

    Order cancellation

    HaloSphere will cancel orders only if they have not being shipped yet. We accept no responsibility for orders that are placed for error. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order before it gets shipped out. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order, but the quicker you contact us, the more likely we will be able to make that change.

     

    Pre-orders

    At HaloSphere, we often offer to pre-order products that are temporarily "out of stock". The estimated delivery time for pre-orders is 15-20 business days. When purchasing pre-sale items, customers automatically accept there might be shipping delays and agree to waive any disputes before 30 working days have elapsed from the time of the order.

     

      

    ✓ RETURNS

    If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your item, we offer returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order.

    However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

    1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
    2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
    3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes attached swing tag, bow, shoe boxes and jewellery packaging.

    You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

    *Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.


    To start a return, you can contact us at thehalosphere@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

     

     

    Can I return my order for a refund?

    Sadly, we know that sometimes HaloSphere is just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your item(s) to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.

    $5 return processing fee (for each item returned) will be applied to the total amount that was paid for the order.

    Can I exchange my order for a different product?

    Another pattern caught your eye? Or the design isn't as you imagined? It happens – trust us, our wardrobes are full of them! You can certainly return your item(s) to us for an exchange to a new pattern or size, provided it is returned within 30 days.

    We offer free exchanges on all orders*.

    How do I return?

    Simply contact our friendly team at thehalosphere@gmail.com and they will be able to help you along the way.

    Just a couple thing you'll be asked to provide:

    1. order number
    2. reason you're requesting the refund
    3. items you want to return/exchange
    4. photos of your item(s) and original packaging

       

      Are returns free?

      Exchanges: free

      Returns: a $5 return processing fee (for each item returned) will be applied to the total amount that was paid for the order

         

        How soon will I get my refund?

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

        If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 15 working days.

         

         

         

        DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

        If you receive a defective product or a different size/color from the one you ordered, please let us know within 10-days. We'll provide the instructions to receive a new replacement or a full refund.

         

        DAMAGES

        We've gone through countless hours of quality control testing and found that under normal use, even after months of wear, the slides will not get ripped nor torn. Hence, we are not liable for any products that are damaged (ie. ripped, torn, broken) after being worn, therefore we do not refund/exchange/replace if it's due to customer's negligence.
